My motorhome broke down on the high way 11 and I ended up staying at this place today. The owner was very helpful and asked if I needed help. He even introduced his friends to help me. Ultimately, my motorhome problem was resolved. I'm very grateful to the owner and his friends for their hospitality.
Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Shanty Bay store I was having issues with a cargo trailer and stuck on the side of the highway. While they didn't have stock of the parts I needed, they went above and beyond by helping to arrange a tow, and assisting me with finding the parts I needed for the repair. A pleasure to deal with and so helpful. As and when I have need for their products or services they definitely have my business. Thank you so much
I think all the employees at the hwy11 location need to learn how to drive when leaving at 5pm every night. Stop running the shoulder all the way to the 5th.I cant court how many people get cut off. Every night. Use your head. Or your going to find your self in the ditch one of these days.
The dealer I bought my E-Tec 225 from 6 years retired, so I had to find a new one for my second 3-year service. St. Onge was the closest dealer. I wasn’t impressed and will be looking for somewhere else to do a once over before the warranty ends next year. They used the ear muffs to deliver water to the motor, and scratched the paint all around the water pickup. I was hoping to get a printout of the hours and diagnostics. I was told they do not do printouts, they just check for codes. I also wanted to buy a couple jugs of oil, only to learn they didn’t carry the oil at that location.
